Gerald Raines is a nationally respected school culture strategist, discipline reform leader, and former Dean of Students with over a decade of experience transforming the way schools build structure, safety, and student accountability.

As the founder of Culture Fix by Raines, he created the School Leader Culture Fix — a 30-day playbook used by school leaders across the country to reset behavior systems, rebuild student ownership, and realign staff culture from the inside out.
